Customized Product Return Policy

At Love from Ann Arbor, we take great pride in creating high-quality, personalized items. Since our customized products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Exceptions:

• If your customized item is damaged or incorrect due to an error in production, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to offer you a replacement or a full refund.
• To initiate a return or exchange for a defective or incorrect item, please provide a photo of the product and your order number to hello[at]lovefromannarbor.com.

Please note: Customized items that do not have defects or errors are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.
